ACW is approved to BS EN ISO 9001:2008. This we regard as a minimum standard. We employ continuous improvement techniques across all activities.

Our Quality Policy is as follows:

ACW Technology Ltd provides an electronics manufacturing service that delivers products on time, to the defined specification and agreed quality level whilst minimising cost and risk to our Customers and ourselves.

· We monitor the progress of our ability to achieve our targets from the reported Key Performance Indicators.

· We set realistic targets for the Key Performance Indicators to drive continuous improvement of our business performance to our customers.

· Each member of staff is responsible for the quality of the service we supply therefore we work with our staff to develop their skills as necessary to achieve this policy.

The Company operates a quality system that meets the requirements of our customers and is in accordance with ISO9001 and AS9100.

In addition to corporate quality approvals, our factories are regularly audited by Underwriters Laboratories (UL) , the Canadian Standards Association (CSA) and TUV (Nationally Recognised Testing Laboratory) for products for shipment to North America.

ACW operates to workmanship standard IPC-A-610 inspection class 2 and class 3 and IPC7711/IPC7721 Rework and Repair of Electronic Assemblies. ACW also carries out regular quality audits of all operations. Full anti-static handling precautions are in place and audited.
