ACW systems and controls are well developed and focussed on quality, high production yields and on-time delivery. The same systems and controls are deployed in all of ACW's operational facilities to make manufacturing and quality information available real-time world-wide. Many of ACW's management information systems are developed in house to provide a secure and efficient flow of information for our customer, suppliers and employees throughout the production process.

Work in process is barcoded and serial tracked to provide scheduling feedback, full traceability and accurate yield measures. Real time alerts notify supervisors of yield performance enabling proactive tuning of processes. Key performance indicators further analyse trends to identify areas for improvement and provide our customers with performance graphs.

Inspection and test equipment is highly integrated into ACW’s network to collate and deliver information used in improving process control.

Production orders immediately generate and automatically place supply orders with suppliers under managed contracts. ACW’s visibility of remote supplier inventory and automatic expediting provides early warning of supply issues to be actioned ensuring timely delivery.

Our IT infrastructure and systems are designed to be fault tolerant and comply with the business continuity plan resulting in better than 99.9% uptime and a flawless record of virus prevention. Secure onsite FTP, web and Email servers provide global access to data. Data backups are rotated at secure offsite locations and regularly audited.
